Still want to attend an event at the Biltmore Hotel? Cook with the stars at the Biltmore during Barilla Interactive Dinner Chopped hosted by Ted Allen with Marc Murphy and Alex Guarnaschelli

Embark on a journey imbued with history and romance when you enjoy French wines and cuisine fit for a queen. Following the imperial route taken by Napoleon’s Spanish-born wife, the Empress Eugenie de Montijo, the evening’s luxurious dinner will retrace her introduction to the land over which she would reign by featuring courses from each of four destinations known to have lavished her with their gastronomy.

Travel with the lady—married for love by Napoleon (his later affairs notwithstanding) and renowned for her beauty, intelligence, elegance, and fashion sense—as you dine in style: first, in the City of Lights, with a Parisian appetizer and aperitif; then in Bordeaux, where a brilliant wine will accent your second plate; thirdly in Eugénie-les-Bains, a spa-resort town named for the empress and home to some of southwestern France’s best wines; and, finally, in Biarritz, where dessert and a digestif will end your trip on a high note.

Helping to recapture the splendor of the original adventure will be the celebrated Chef Philippe Ruiz of the Biltmore Hotel and two masters who today continue the same traditions that impressed the empress more than 150 years ago: Chef Pascal Nibaudeau from Le Pressoir d’Argent at the Regent Grand Hotel Bordeaux, which in 2010 earned a coveted Michelin star; and Chef Jean-Marie Gautier from Le Villa Eugenie at the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, which likewise has earned a Michelin star and countless other distinctions. Offered at one of Coral Gables’ most admired addresses, don’t miss this lovely excursion.

The wines chosen to accompany this sumptuous Tour de France will originate from acclaimed châteauxs in France’s most prestigious wine region, Bordeaux. You’ll start with the dry white wine of Château Suduiraut, “S” de Suduiraut and then proceed to taste two highly acclaimed red wine producers including the famed Grand Cru Classé Château Pichon-Longueville, Baron de Longueville, and then finish on a sweet note with the celebrated Sauternes of Château Suduiraut, Grand Cru Classé. Christian Seely, Managing Director of AXA will give a brief introduction about each wine and answer any questions.

As an added bonus, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) named the gastronomic meal of the French as part of the intangible cultural hertiage of humanity. This may be your best opportunity to try the best French cuisine in all of humanity!

If you’ve ever wondered if the glass makes a difference, here is your chance to find out. Maximilian Riedel, 11th generation of this Austrian glassmaking dynasty will lead a glass tasting featuring the Vinum XL wine glass collection. Taste and compare four varietals in different Riedel grape-specific shapes and one joker glass. At the end of the tasting, the Riedel Vinum XL glasses are yours to keep. The Riedel Vinum XL series is approximately 10% larger than Riedel’s iconic mouth blown Sommeliers series, allowing ample breathing space for young and mature wines to unveil their multi-layered bouquets, delivering a full range of aromas.

Riedel Crystal is known worldwide for designing the most finely tuned drinking instruments for every level of wine sophistication. To showcase each wine in its finest form, Riedel's varietally specific wine glasses enhance the aromas and taste components, finding a wine's maximum complexity by featuring the best possible harmony. The shape and size of the glass creates a balanced interaction between fruit, minerality and acidity, while de-emphasizing the evidence of alcohol. When all these elements are in place, the glass becomes the wine’s ‘loudspeaker,’ transmitting the message of the beverage to the human senses.

The ideal starter to your night of Festival fun, this “before party” will arouse your palate and whet your appetite for the revelry to come. Whether you are headed afterward to the Festival’s signature BubbleQ® or have plans to stroll leisurely at the elegant Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best, ignite your taste buds at this celebration of the world’s oldest and (still) most perfect pairing, wine and cheese. Join wine authority Josh Wesson and cheese expert Laura Werlin as they match and discuss why each exquisite cheese pairs perfectly with each selected wine. Featured offerings from the Cheese Course, a European-style boutique in trendy Midtown Miami, will include handcrafted wheels and wedges prepared by artisans from around the world. Enjoy a vast variety of silky, creamy, pungent, and earthy flavors and learn to identify different types of cheeses and recognize them by region of origin complemented by wines from the Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida portfolio. This focus on the happy marriage of dairy and vineyard offers an engaging prelude to the festivities to follow.

Check out Saturday's party under the BubbleQ Tent: Food Network presents The Best Thing I Ever Ate at the Beach hosted by Duff Goldman

This year’s sizzle in the sand has more than ever going for it! Unbeatable atmosphere (a moonlit patch of white sand beach behind the elegant Delano hotel), fun cuisine (barbecue in every possible incarnation), and the world’s favorite beverage (Perrier-Jouët champagne) make the Perrier-Jouët BubbleQ presented by Allen Brothers hosted by Bobby Flay and Friends sponsored by Miami magazine one of the Festival’s biggest, most exciting events. This is Flay's third time hosting the signature event, the most of any chef ever! But every good thing must come to an end, and the beloved “Q”—the very event that made the Festival a national standout among wine & food fests—will finish its run while still at the pinnacle. The tenth edition will be its last, and boy will it go out with a bang! America’s most respected grillmaster, none other than Bobby Flay himself, will lead a pack of skilled chefs who will artfully play with fire to prepare everything from gourmet pulled pork sandwiches, succulent steaks, and saucy ribs to juicy skewers of grilled fruit dipped in chocolate sauce. No one will hold back in this history-making finale in which over-the-top recipes and full-on creativity will put the Q to rest in style. Cap your night in the Godiva Lounge for an unforgettable special dessert created by Godiva Senior Chef Chocolatier David Funaro - your sweet tooth will thank you. Don’t miss this swan song —or should we say “finger-lickin,’ whole-hog experience”—sure to leave a wonderful aftertaste.

Want to celebrate the Festival's 10th year at Food Network's Best Thing I Ever Ate at the Beach hosted by Duff Goldman? Click here to learn more.

Festival Founder Lee Schrager knew there was only one way to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his glorious event, memorializing it in a cookbook. Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Cookbook: Recipes and Behind-the-Scenes Stories from America's Hottest Chefs will be the shining star during Moët Hennessy USA presents Sobe’s 10th Year Anniversary Party “Let Them Eat Cake” hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart sponsored by Ocean Drive Magazine. The book features more than 100 recipes and dozens of never before told antecedes from the chefs that put the SoBe Festival on the map. All proceeds from the book go to Florida International University's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, just like the entire Festival.

If ever two celebrities embodied the excitement of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart are it! And as they and everyone else who has ever attended the SoBe Fest knows: time flies when you’re having fun! Unbelievably, ten years have passed since 2002’s very first edition. So, tonight, feel the love as we celebrate a delicious decade with Martha and Emeril. Some of the top pastry chefs from all over the country will fly in and create elegantly designed cakes and desserts to help SoBe celebrate its 10th year. These top dessert craftmen will each showcase their own signature version of an anniversary treat that will go perfect with Moët & Chandon Champagne and a selection of decadent cocktails from the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio to include renowned brands such as Grand Marnier, Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy Privilege, 10 Cane Rum, and Newton Vineyards. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better the famed Shake Shack will serve up late night burgers and shakes (the best of late-night fare!) for the ultimate ending to an unforgettable evening. And, for added fun, it all takes place in—of all places!—South Beach’s newest car park. That’s right! Perhaps the most famous and beautiful parking garage in the world, this work of art by the same architects who gave London its Tate Modern museum has high-style written all over it, with variations in ceiling heights among the floors and even balconies and ramps with sweeping views. A true destination in itself.

Event entrance is on Lincoln Road Mall between Lenox Avenue and Alton Road.

Along with moderator Ben Leventhal, our diverse and talented panelists will attempt to answer that very question.

Bryan was a  Top Chef Season 6 contestant and Claire found success with her 5 Ingredient Fix show on the Food Network and a recently released cookbook by the same name.

Grilled cheese in all its melted, oozing glory finally gets its due at the Festival. Munching on this American standard—traditionally a yellow layer of smooth velvet on toasted white bread—while sharing in a glass of fine wine might sound like a brave idea gone bad. In the hands of the author of The Great Grilled Cheese and James Beard Foundation Award-winning The All American Cheese and Wine Book, however, the combination makes perfect sense. Laura Werlin elevates the humble lunchtime staple to a whole new level by featuring artisanal cheeses on everything from sourdough to focaccia with plenty of topping twists. (Think fruits, veggies, herbs, spices, and even chocolate!) Wines will be paired first with a cheese and then again with the same cheese dressed up in a warm sandwich. The surprising taste sensations will forever change the way you think about the ooey-gooey, crispy-crunchy concoction perennially favored by the preschool set and, now, adults too!

With the release of the 1974 Insignia, Joseph Phelps Vineyards became the first California winery to blend the traditional Bordeaux grape varieties under a proprietary label. The name Insignia was selected to represent the finest lots available from each vintage, and to emphasize the importance of blending over varietal designation as a determinant of quality. After many years of developing vineyards in Napa Valley’s premium growing regions, the 2004 vintage marked the first Insignia crafted from 100% estate-grown fruit. This six-vintage retrospective tasting will begin with 2002 Insignia, named “Wine of the Year” by Wine Spectator in 2005, and conclude with 2007 Insignia which was given a 96 rating by Wine Spectator .  The tasting will be led by winery President Bill Phelps, son of founder Joseph Phelps.

Led by experts, each session provides an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of specific wines and identify the qualities of each that most appeal to you. Wine Spectator Executive Editor Thomas Matthews will introduce this session.

The ongoing quest for fresh, organic, and non-processed ingredients now extends as far as your home bar! Let Zane Lamprey, the globe-trotting connoisseur of all things liquid, show you how to move beyond the liquor store by shopping for drink ingredients at farmers markets and the produce section of your grocery store. Keep it real and keep it tasty when you leave behind the cans and jars—we will, of course, continue to hit the bottle!—and instead rely upon fresh ingredients such as avocado, mint, basil, eggs, and corn to mix up a variety of original drinks concocted by Zane himself.

                                   Palmes d’Or Champagne! Seminar

Join us for a rare opportunity to discover Palmes D’or Champagne!, the “Diva” of all Champagnes, the prestige cuvée from Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte.
Extravagant, mysterious, dazzling and passionate,…this tasting will walk you through the extraordinary facets of this Champagne made only in exceptional years, from the first vintage ever made to the latest available.

Founded 35 years ago, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte has quickly grown to become the #1 selling Champagne brand in France and the #4 Champagne brand worldwide. Palmes d’Or Champagne! was created in 1985 for the first time and has garnered international acclaim ever since.

Based on a unique union of producer model, Palmes d’Or Champagne! is a grower’s champagne, helping preserving a local heritage and way of life, while embracing the latest in vineyard management and winemaking techniques.

With nearly 5,000 acres of vineyards, including 11 of 17 Grand Crus and 32 of 41 Premier Crus, Champagne Nicolas Feullatte’s winemaker Jean-Pierre Vincent has an impressive array of high end cuvees to craft such an exceptional champagne to be the best of the best.

Palmes d’Or is created only in those years when Mr. Vincent deems the vintage of sufficient quality. The enlightened enthusiast appreciates the infinite richness of its aromas, the suppleness of its body, striking the perfect balance between power and finesse. Of course it does not hurt that the cuvée has an exceptional packaging and design: the Palmes d’Or bottle is unique, with its intense color, its shape evocative of glorious Champagne tradition and its sensual feel.

It is no surprise that Palmes d’Or Champagne! has so quickly garnered such a devoted international following and qualifies as a modern style tete de cuvée.

A Who’s Who of chefs will turn out for a gala dinner orchestrated in honor of one of the world’s most revered culinary masters and emceed by actress and winemaker Carole Bouquet. The legendary Alain Ducasse, who cooked at the Festival’s very first Tribute Dinner in 2002, will take a seat at the head table ten years later as his esteemed colleagues and peers in the culinary world prepare a meal in homage to his powerful and far-reaching influence on contemporary cooking and dining. Born on a farm in southwestern France, Mr. Ducasse began his career at just sixteen and today holds the distinction of having earned more Michelin Stars than any other chef in the world, a total of 19. A master of Provencal cooking methods, which he has elevated and promoted through cooking schools, cookbooks, and his more than two dozen restaurants, the innovative chef continues to seek new challenges. His newest restaurant, on the Caribbean island of Vieques, features a menu built around the native street food and cooking traditions, all of it served with a side of creativity compliments of Ché Ducasse.

The enchanting hostess for the evening is French actress and model Carole Bouquet. The Neuilly-sur-Seine, France native has appeared in more than 40 films and served as a model for Chanel in the 1990s. She is best known internationally for her role as the Bond girl, Melina Havelock, in the 1981 movie For Your Eyes Only. Carole’s exquisite elegance will supplement the extraordinary aroma that will flitter throughout the evening for Alain. Carole is also a successful winemaker with two variatels, a 2001 dessert wine called Passito di Pantelleria and La Croix de Peyrolie 2002, a Bordeaux red from Lussac-St.-Emilion. Both wines made their American debut at Alain’s Essex House and Mix restaurants in New York City.

Tonight, it will be Mr. Ducasse’s turn to luxuriate in the genius of others as he accepts dishes of the highest caliber from the many who have learned from and worked with him. Take your place on this glorious night of toasts and praises, when all assembled will raise glasses of the finest wines to salute one of the many giants whose skill, exacting standards, and adventurous spirit have given rise to a unqiue, robust cuisine all his own and brought pleasure to countless many the world over.

This tribute dinner will feature the dishes of some of the world’s most renowned chefs, each of whom will personally oversee the cooking and preparation of his or her appointed course. These chefs will be responsible for every aspect of the food served, and the meal will embody the quality expect of the finest three-star restaurants. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to partake of the creations of multiple chefs whose restaurants span the globe and who likely will never contribute again to a single meal of this caliber. Past Tribute Dinner honorees include the Robert Mondavi Family, Ferran Adrià, Eric Ripert, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud

Prior to dinner, guests will be treated to a Krug Reception beginning at 7 p.m. where guests will enjoy a glass of Krug Grande Cuvee accompanied by hors d’oeuvres prepared by executive chefs from some of Alain Ducasse’s own restaurants, including Mix at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas; Adour Alain Ducasse at The St. Regis, New York; and Benoit Bistro, New York. At the heart and origin of the house of Krug, Grande Cuvee presents an extraordinary taste of richness and finesse. It is recreated each year by taking the art of blending to another dimension with over 170 wines spanning 10 different Vintages, which then age for at least six years. Each bottle is a process of 20 years on average to create. Tonight Krug is proud to raise a glass to Alain Ducasse.

Against the backdrop of the elegant Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, only the most exquisite and thoroughly authentic will do on this special occasion, when superstar Chef Giada De Laurentiis  introduces you to Italian delicacies with the help of some of her favorite Italian chefs from all over the United States. The menu includes handmade pastas, flavorful sauces, succulent roasts, lovingly seasoned vegetables, and rustic desserts. From start to finish, you will experience a deep and complete immersion in the art of Italian dining, which combines centuries-old culinary traditions with the pleasures of good company, never-ending conversation, and, of course, venerable wines. Helping to keep the table banter flowing freely for hours, only the finest Italian vintages will make their way to your glass. Each selection will complement a different course and highlight the diversity of Italy’s various wine-growing regions.

The evening begins with a reception by the Scotto Family (Fresco by Scotto, New York). The popular Italian family consists of Marion, John, Rosanna, Anthony Jr. and Elaina Scotto. They are regular contributors to NBC's The Today Show and authors of the highly acclaimed cookbook Scotto Sunday Suppers and Other Fabulous Feasts: Creative Entertaining for Every Occasion. The Scotto's will serve up some of their secret family recipes to start this elegant evening off right. Now that’s a reason to shout Bravo!

If you have ever (vicariously, of course) sweated and suffered along with the contestants on Food Network’s popular Chopped, then you’ve probably wondered how you might fare in the difficult challenge of preparing, in record time, a three-course meal from ingredients that seemingly should never share the same plate. Tofu, blueberries, and oysters? Jumbo shrimp, pepperoni, and cereal? Well, amateur though you are, here’s your chance to participate in a friendly competition and shoot for bragging rights in a culinary showdown unlike any other. Chopped host Ted Allen and three of the program’s toughest judges—accomplished chefs Marc Murphy, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Aarón Sánchez—will be on hand to (mostly) help you and (rarely) taunt you in a group-dinner version of the show. With your teammates, you will have a small window of time in which to build a meal worthy of consuming at the end of the night. It won’t be easy, but the experience is bound to make you a more creative cook, and the great wines being served will make the effort worth it!

Miami’s Design District represents not only the chicest, hippest, and newest in furniture, fashion, and art. It is currently THE hot spot for bold, creative, extraordinary food. Forget the chains, the copycats, and the fly-by-nights. All you’ll find here are the authentic and romantic, including the three restaurants featured in tonight’s dine around: Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Sra. Martinez, and Fratelli Lyon each will each be paired up with chefs who have won both the Food & Wine Magazine Best New Chef and James Beard Foundation Award. At Michael’s Genuine Executive Chef Michael Schwartz will team up with Iron Chef Michael Symon, also the 2010 Amstel Light Burger Bash champion. At Sra. Martinez, Chef Michelle Bernstein will welcome John Besh from Restaurant August into her kitchen. Over at Fratelli Lyon, Ken Lyon will share the chopping board with Andrew Carmellini from Locanda Verde in NYC.

For starters, you’ll enjoy a reception at which all diners gather together for passed hors d’oeuvres on the outdoor patio at Vino & Olio. From there, you’ll join one of three groups as you make your rotation from one restaurant to the next, each of which will serve you one course of your evening’s meal, along with a different wine pairing at each location.

At the conclusion of your third course, everyone will meet at Ornare for a dessert finale, where your biggest chore will be to choose from the dozens of assorted sweets on hand for your pleasure. It’s an evening of pure delight in one of Miami’s great neighborhoods.

Master sommeliers have attained special distinction in the industry through their ability to discriminate between wines and to understand the subtleties and nuances that make a particular selection especially suited to a particular meal or activity. They can detect differences that others never notice. This afternoon a number of these experts—each having rigorously trained and tested to earn their titles—will be on hand to guide you in this most exacting of endeavors while tasting eight world class wines. Learn for yourself what the “double-blind tasting” involves and why master sommeliers prefer to taste wines without knowing anything in advance about them. Test your skills with the very best when you learn what professionals look for and how to identify different varietals and styles of wine following the master sommelier technique. An expert panel of master sommeliers will headline this event, including Eric Hemer of Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida; Laura DePasquale of Palm Bay International; Virginia Philip of the Breakers Hotel; Brian Koziol of the Heirloom Wine Group, the luxury wine division for Treasury Wine Estates (formerly Fosters Wine Estates); and Maximilian Riedel, CEO of Riedel Crystal of America.

The Biscayne Lady yacht will host the Michael's Genuine Food & Drink Brunch at Sea as James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz and Pastry Chef Hedy Goldsmith join the culinary legend and Master of simplicity himself, Jonathan Waxman of New York City's Barbuto for a delectable floating feast. Savory and sweet small plates set the stage for what's in season on local farms like rainbows of ripe, sweet heirloom tomatoes, delicate squash blossoms, and a veritable encyclopedia of herbs. Hedy’s childhood treats, including her prized Pop Tarts, will sing to a live Jazz soundtrack, an essential part of the Genuine experience. Schwartz, Goldsmith, and Waxman welcome guests to The Biscayne Lady as it trolls the waters on a crystal clear morning with all the makings of a perfect brunch on board. Invite your favorite people to enjoy the gentle breezes and strong hand-crafted cocktails (it is brunch, after all) while celebrating the real star: the ingredients.

“Krug, from the Point to the Universe” presented by Margareth Henriquez, President of La Maison Krug

Krug is considered by many as the most prestigious House of Champagne. The beauty behind all of these recognitions is that it responds to the dream of its founder, Joseph Krug; who in 1843 was determined to create a House of Champagne with a vision of an undisputed quality and extraordinary taste. In the last 167 years, six generations of the Krug family have remained loyal to this objective, keeping Krug always at the top, elaborating only Prestige Cuvees quite unlike any other House.

In this seminar, we invite you to discover the House of Krug through a unique, original and fabulous journey lived by tasting different expressions of the Krug Champagnes. Only the House of Krug can take you through such an experience that will allow you to discover the ultimate expression of pleasure while enjoying a complete universe in the world of prestige cuvees.

The journey will start at Clos du Mesnil, tasting “Krug Clos du Mesnil 1998”, created from a single vineyard, a single grape variety and a single year – one point in the universe of Krug. We go further in this journey with the Vintages, - one dimension in the Universe of Krug. Tasting Vintage 1995 and 1998, we experience the blend of the three grape varieties of carefully selected parcels, which fully express the character of the year. It is the expression of a single outstanding year created by Krug. In tasting Krug 1998 and Krug 1995, we see just how totally different they are. Krug 1995 fills the mouth, while Krug 1998 is more “straight to the point”, -you will find out why!

We approach the end of the journey with the heart and beginning of the House of Krug, Krug Grande Cuvée, which brings together all the dimensions of the Krug Universe. It is many parcels of three grape varieties from many years. At the top of the art of “assemblage”, it is the result of blending around 120 wines from 7 to 10 different vintages – the oldest might be 15 years old – before allowing enough time (at least 6 years in the cellars), to finish the creation. This is why we can say that 20 years are needed to offer you a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée. Krug Grande Cuvée transcends vintages to be the most outstanding prestige cuvee every year!

And just before finalizing our journey we would like you to discover the second hidden experience that ended being one of our great champagnes, Krug Rose. Krug Rose is a multi-dimensional champagne, with a pinch of sensuality and extravagance. It is an extremely delicate champagne, and at the same time complex. A perfect ending to a journey that we will enjoy sharing with you, as well as all of the stories and details we are obsessed with in the House of Krug.

                                    Welcome to the Krug Universe!

From Ancient Lava Flows and Floods to World Class Vines:
A retrospective tasting of Chateau Ste. Michelle's Canoe Ridge Estate Wines presented by Winemaker Bob Bertheau and Vineyard Manager Mimi Nye

From a powerful river of lava 12 million years ago to massive floods from the last Ice Age 13,000 years ago, great forces have been at work to carve up the dramatic landscape that is the site of Chateau Ste. Michelle's vineyard at Canoe Ridge Estate. What was once home only to sagebrush and coyotes on this remote, rugged, steep wind-swept slope overlooking the Columbia River, is now the vineyard source of some of the top wines from Washington state. Planted in 1991, Chateau Ste. Michelle's 559-acre Canoe Ridge Estate vineyard has matured into one of the premier vineyards in the state producing wines that have earned "Top 100" status, 90+ scores and numerous accolades. For nearly 20 years vineyard manager Mimi Nye has managed all aspects of the vineyard's development from planting the first vines to controlling all decisions during the growing season, to experimenting with alternative grape varieties, and implementing the latest viticultural technology.

Together Mimi and winemaker Bob Bertheau believe a truly great glass of wine starts with great fruit in the vineyard. Taste the difference two decades make as Bob and Mimi lead this rare tasting of Canoe Ridge Estate Chardonnay, Cabernet and Merlot from select vintages from the past 20 years. Discover first hand how vine age impacts a wine's structure and complexity. Bob and Mimi will also demonstrate how the site's unique growing conditions, including its steep slope, proximity to the river and blustery wind patterns, influence the wine's elegant style and led to its nickname "Europe on the Columbia." And hear how a rigorous three year certification process led to the vineyard earning LIVE and Salmon Safe certification last fall.

The outlawing of alcohol production in the 1920s led to an exciting subculture of secret bars. Bartenders in these speakeasies—where folks with money flocked to drink their fill of the illegal stuff—cleverly learned to mask the inferior qualities of the black-market liquor they served by mixing it into cocktails with a variety of ingredients. Today, starting with truly top-notch liquor, the international pub crawler Zane Lamprey will evoke the unique flavors and presentations of the Prohibition era by crafting old-fashioned drinks made with classics such as absinthe, gin, and rye whiskey, all with a special twist. This is your great-grandfather’s cocktail done better!

Please join Food Network's resident culinary rockstar, Guy Fieri, as he closes out the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival's 10th Anniversary in big style with Guy's BIG Beach Bar & Grill. Set beachside at the Gansevoort Hotel, this off-the-hook bash will feature BIG FOOD, BIG FUN and the rockin' BIG SOUNDS of LA's infamous DJ Cobra. The Festival's BIG 10 will wrap up in true Fieri-style with Guy and his Kulinary Krew cookin' up BIG FLAVORS in exciting culinary stations and mixin' up BIG SIGNATURE COCKTAILS with Zignum Mezcal and Tito's Homemade Vodka. Leave one hand open to pick up a glass of red or white from Wines That Rock. This one-night-only trip through Flavortown will also include bites from hot spots like STK and Cheeseme as well as very special surprise flavor bombs from South Florida's own stars of Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. If you thought he shut the festival down in style in 2009, just wait 'till you see how Guy and the Krew blow the doors off of the BIG 10!

The event is taking place at the Gansevoort Beach Club on the sand and we suggest no heels for women. Please enter at the 24th street side entrance.
